Mace Group, a leading international construction firm, was leading the extensive refurbishment of Peterborough Court at 133 Fleet Street in London - their largest interiors project in over a decade. This development, which includes 292,000 sq. ft of Grade A office space, required a detailed approach to compliance, particularly in managing the inherent risks of fire safety within a complex, high-rise construction site. Mace's core commitment to risk management required the integration of robust, third-party specialist fire safety protocols from the earliest project phases.
