Hospitals, clinics and care homes must comply with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and HTM 05-02. Regular fire risk assessments, system maintenance and staff fire safety training are essential to protect patients and meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards for safe environments.
