This acquisition marks Complii's 20th acquisition as part of its 'buy and build' strategy.

The acquisition enhances Complii's comprehensive service offering, particularly in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) sector, where Tay Fire and Security has a strong presence.

Tay Fire and Security, founded in 2016 by Managing Director Mark Sanders and Operations Director Ellie Sanders delivers a comprehensive range of fire protection and security services. Their expertise includes fire alarms, emergency lighting, fire extinguishers, dry risers, dampers, AOVs, and sprinkler systems, alongside security solutions such as CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control. Mark and Ellie Sanders, along with their dedicated team, will continue to lead Tay Fire.
