Complii, one of the UK's leading providers of building safety and regulatory compliance services, has announced the appointment of Dan Learmouth, as Head of Sales - Lifts and Escalators.  The appointment comes at a pivotal time for the group, which continues to grow at pace across its five divisions -  Water, Air, Fire, Electrical, and Lifts and Escalators - including the recent onboarding of Classic Lifts (Scotland) Limited, The Escalator Company, White Lift Services and, most recently, The General Lift Company.

As Head of Sales – Lifts and Escalators, Learmouth will be responsible for securing, retaining and growing strategic customer relationships across maintenance, service, repairs, modernisation and projects. Bringing together account management, business development, bid support and commercial leadership, he will play a key role in driving sustainable growth for the group in line with Complii's ‘One Complii’ approach to customer engagement and service delivery.

He will focus on building and managing national customer relationships and developing target market strategies to support commercial growth. His appointment reflects Complii's ongoing investment in the people, resources and capability needed to serve national and key accounts consistently and effectively across every part of the business, as the group of specialist businesses continues to expand.

Working closely with divisional leadership and central services teams, Learmouth will play a key role in helping Complii respond proactively as national organisations increasingly look to streamline their supply chains and consolidate their compliance partners.

Commenting on the appointment, Martin Truscott, Chief Commercial Officer at Complii, said: “Dan's appointment comes at an exciting time for Complii as we continue to expand our presence across the UK and broaden the range of services we offer through the group. He brings a strong combination of industry experience, customer focus and growth expertise, together with a genuine understanding of how to build long-term relationships that create value for both customers and the business.

As we continue to grow, it's vital that our customers experience the very best of what Complii can offer, connected to the full breadth of expertise available across the group rather than engaging with individual businesses in isolation.”

Dan Learmouth added: “I'm delighted to be joining Complii at such an exciting stage in its growth journey. The business has built a strong platform and an impressive portfolio of specialist companies capable of supporting customers with a wider range of building safety and compliance services. I'm looking forward to working with colleagues right across the group to strengthen customer relationships, support continued growth and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.”

With a clear focus on strengthening customer relationships and supporting sustainable growth, Learmouth joins Complii as the group continues to invest in its people, resources, systems and technology, further strengthening its position as a leading provider of building safety and regulatory compliance services across the UK.
